There is no Xcode 5.5.1. There is 5.1.1, and it requires OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion or later. 3.2.6 is the last free version of Xcode for OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. Version 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 are available for Snow Leopard if you are a member of the *paid* Apple developer program, otherwise they are not available, and we do not recommend them for use with MacPorts on Snow Leopard in any case.
