Then yes, it looks like whatever it was you did (again, it helps to be
specific, you really have not said what you did) has hosed your macports
installation in someway. You can start by trying to just reinstall
macports, following
https://www.macports.org/install.php
If you are lucky, once 'port' is returned your installed ports might be
OK, but there is no way to know this from the information you have so
far provided, so you might end up having to reinstall them all as well.
