I've followed the steps on the macports page
https://trac.macports.org/wiki/Migration under Reinstall Ports. When I
execute sudo ./restore_ports.tcl myports.txt after a few seconds I get the
output:

Can someone please advise on what to do next to find out what is wrong?
I'm migrating to Mohave from High Sierra.
