I haven't had much of a problem with ScreenFlow.  Anyhow, you can certainly 
outsource this, just like you can outsource almost anything (though I would 
probably not think outsourcing the cocoa development would be that productive.) 
:-)

You could advertise for what you want on odesk or elance and easily get half a 
dozen or more qualified people.  (Just be sure you specify exactly what you 
want, and what their requirements will be, including having a Mac that is 
running Snow Leopard, etc.)

I can give you the contact information, off-list, for the person who's helping 
us on a current project, if you promise not to use up all of her time... :-)
