I haven't had much of a problem with ScreenFlow. Anyhow, you can certainly outsource this, just like you can outsource almost anything (though I would probably not think outsourcing the cocoa development would be that productive.) :-)
You could advertise for what you want on odesk or elance and easily get half a dozen or more qualified people.
