Hello my friends I'm starting my Indie journey and I have one question.
I have a idea for a app for designer/developers that is not on the market yet. Something new and useful. Consumer need it. All brand new. My question is. Can you patent software ideas? What is the safe way to do this? Trademark? Copyright? I don't have any trademark, company yet. What you recommend? Can I do the app and apply like Doing As Business kind of thing? Or LLC will be better? This is my second app. First one was to get one idea of the market and get some feedback. Free app. Now I'd like to get to the next level and I'd like some help.
