That seems way too high. However, bear in mind that the paperwork load may
vary from state to state, in Colorado for an S Corp there's really not much
to do. And of course the CPA charges may vary wildly as well. For what my
guy charged me last year (first corporate return), it would almost have been
worthwhile if I hadn't saved anything at all ;-)
