I was wondering if anyone on this list integrates google search results into their app and if so, would you like to discuss how to do so without violating the TOS? The reason I ask is because the google TOS seems to prohibit a lot of things that I would like to do including charging money for the app and automating the search so that the user does not have to manually initiate it. I have seen mac apps that use Google and other search engines and I'm wondering if the authors of those apps have a special arrangement with Google or are just flying below the radar (or if my interpretation of the TOS is way off).
