So what do folks think about the business potential of this device? I was disappointed as a consumer that it is limited to iPhone OS and apps from the app store, still tied only to AT&T, no multi-tasking, no improvement on iPhone OS. Form factor seems awkward, too big to hold easily, can't hold it while typing, too flat on a table to be comfortable. No way to protect the screen. I can't imagine how you carry it around without damaging it.
But as a developer it maybe more promising. Appstore exclusivity. Larger screen, internet access. Looks like this would encourage desktop class apps using the iPhone/iPad SDK.
