Hi there, I've been happily using a 12" Apple iBook G4 laptop for almost three years, and time has come to get a new machine.
I'm inclined towards the MacBook, but the final choice actually depends on current or planned GNU/Linux support, since I don't plan to use OS X at all. I could find little or no information on the status of the following, that are critically important to me: - sleep (suspend to RAM) - external display (for connecting to a beamer) Additionnally, I'm looking for info on support for: - wireless in monitor mode (for packet injection) - optional Apple USB modem I would greatly appreciate if people would share their experience with this machine, and help with answers & pointers.
