I am currently running Gentoo on an old Dell notebook. Sometime early next
year I am switching to an iMac. What I'd like to do is reserve the vast
majority of the harddrive space for OS X, have a nice chunk of space of
Ubuntu and it's swap, and reserve some space for messing around with another
distro or trying LFS. Does this make sense for partitioning a 250gb
hardrive?

OS X - 200gb
Ubunto - 30GB
Other - 20GB

This is all quite new to me, going from a 10gb harddrive.
