Yes looks weird, I would recommend you revert 0014-applesmc_int.patch ,
and tell me if it also happens...

Could you please send me your full dmesg output, the content of
/proc/interrupts, and /proc/acpi/dsdt (this one is binary, it would be
good to bzip2 it first)
