I haven't been using the mactel-linux patchset since you got most of your 
stuff merged into 2.6.21/22. So I've not observed any problems. But I've not 
been using the interrupt patch.

I only had the problem once, and although it was severe it was nearly 
impossible to reproduce. So, I think you should send the patch upstream and 
we can talk about debugging it if there's any problems further down the line.
