These values come from the ATI tool under windows, right?
Do you experience any difference in the graphics Performance under Windows?
(Please run a windows graphics benchmark..)
I want to be sure, if the windows tool is really changing the GPU speeds and
not just saying it does...
If it does: The Linux driver is bugging and not the BIOS, because we can
change it there...
