Hi guys, I've gotten a few replies to this in my email that aren't here so I'm just gonna do a general reply here.
Some of what has been suggested is feeling a little too advanced for me haha. I am accessing yahoo im from the downloads folder. I go to doc and then to downloads and open it from there. When I click on the disk icon, thats when it brings up the license agreement. I agree and thats when it says system has new window, finder has new window. Thats when it gets lost. I forgot to pay attention to the file extension to know whether I need to install it or move it or whatever. Quite honestly I'm thinking about giving up on it LOL. There are just people on my contacts list who I've lost touch with. I'm talking with someone on the phone on Tuesday, so that will probably get me further than trying stuff from the messages. I'll kep playing with it though. I've navigated around a lot more today thanks to what I've learned from ya'll. I managed to launch ichat and bring up my old aim account, but it didn't bring up my old contacts.
