Hi,

I think your two choices are either Tables or Numbers.  Numbers is 
part of the iWOrk 9 suite and you can download a free demo or trial. 
Tables is shareware and has a free trial period too.  The two links

Both applications can save files in a generic format for most any 
spreadsheet applications, be it Windows or Mac.
