Oh, you need to "attach" your devices. When you launch the VM, visit  
the Virtual Machine menu and at the bottom you'll find a sub-menu  
called "USB" in which your devices are listed. You want to choose to  
connect each device you want the Guest OS to have access to during the  
session. The word disconnect will replace connect when a device is  
either avilable to or being used by the guest and the device is not  
available to the host. The host is your Mac OS X, the main OS on the  
computer in which the guests run.

So, just virtually connect each device, and enjoy.
