The main thing I'm looking for in an ARIA enabled browser is support for live regions. This is where a spot on the page is set up such that any changes to that spot are automatically announced. This is a great way to implement web-based chat, stock tickers and other real-time data feeds. Unfortunately it appears that Safari 4 Beta does not yet support live regions.
