HiAndrea, how are you doing? I hope all is going well.
My name is Alfonzo, but everyone just calls me Fonzie. I switched to a mac in August, and learned quite fast. The mac itself is something you have to kind of learn as a entirely different OS. Windows knowledge will indeed help in generalized computer tasks, but as far as the screen reader itself, VoiceOver handles differently than that of JAWS and or Window Eyes. The OS itself is different as well, but you will get used to all of it as you just tamper with it all. I myself like learning, so I just mess with every OS I can lol. Please, fill free to ask anything. I along with the rest on the list will chime in when we can. Well, I hope your well. Off to play some Suikoden V I go. Take care.
