First open the Address application. Next, if you haven't already, go to the create new group button and select it. Give your group a name and create it. Next go to the group table and select all, then move to the Name table. Here you will find every name you have added to your address book. Find the name you want to add to the group and copy with command C. Go back to the group table and select the group you want to add the contact to. Navigate back to the Name table and paste the contact card with command V. If you know how to select items in a list that aren't consecutive with VO, your task will go much faster. I haven't mastered this task as of yet, so I repeat the process one at a time. To email the group is quite simple. Create your email message and in whichever address field you like, you simply have to type the name of the desired group. You can interact with the address field to confirm the addresses have been added. Good luck.
