Hi Chris, When I connect the Stream on the Windows side and turn it on, the Stream says, "Welcome to victor Reader" and starts to say "Player connected," but the message is interrupted in the middle, or sometimes isn't spoken at all. Then usually a little while later a dialog comes up in Windows saying there has been an error connecting to this USB device. I've never had it connect successfully.
