Hi all. I have got a new macbook pro for a week ago. I do not know what has happened to it, but I can not start it now. It worked fine, but suddenly I could not shut it down, at last I shut it down the hard way. Now I can not start it up again. I have tried to start up the voiceover but I will not succeed in it. I have tried to incert the reinstall cd, but it does not say anything, but I can hear that the cd is running.
Is there anything I could try? Or do I need sighted assistance. I hope you can help.
