Yeah, but be ware to all cause returning it does not seem to be a painless matter either when it is a download. I'll report back if I can't get resolution on that either, but my hope is they have been pretty responsive, both the folk at ABBYY and the reseller. So, hopefully they both live up to the return process. I am disappointed in how this program turned out, but it is a very good scanning engine to be honest.
