I've seen that Dan Rodney site before, but haven't visited it for some time, and I notice that it now lists multi-touch gestures (which, alas, I can't make full use of with an older MacBook touchpad). I was particularly intrigued by some of the iPhone suggestions at: http://www.danrodney.com/iphone/ Is it true that you can undo typing by shaking the iPhone? (I don't have one, so I'm really curious).
