I agree with you. i personally don't like ITunes, and although Apple have done a fantastic job there are other issues which they have not yet fixed which I feel should be addressed However, in their defense, the Accessibility team at Apple is very small and we are not after all Apple's majority market concern.

I finally just totally gave up. I pretty much have almost ditched ITunes and went back to WinAmp. I'm sorry, but, if that's how Apple wants to be regarding this, then screw it! I got an mp3 player on my T-Mobile dash 3G which doesn't require ITunes, and I got a subscription to Napster, so it's not like I can't buy music. I'm just totally saddened though that Apple's not working any better to fix some a these bugs, especially when they've promised for now about 2 builds plus one version, that they'd do so. I pretty well put my Nano 4th gen in a drore, and hardly use it now for this reason. I do use it some, but not much.
