Wait a minute here. What I was referring to -- and I think this is
what the original poster meant, too -- are things that used to work
but now do not. Before Snow Leopard, I could go to the playlist
browser, interact with it, and then just use the down arrow *or* hit a
key to take me down the list. Looking for albums by an artist whose
name starts with "L"? Just type the letter "l" and there'd you'd be,
right on the first. If you wanted Lyle Lovett instead of Led Zeppelin,
you'd just down arrow a few times to get what you wanted. Under Snow
Leopard, this has stopped working. I've got more than 250 artists, so
trying to get to the middle of that list without that feature is
something of a drag.
I'm not asking for something new; I just want what we used to have.
Also, and for whatever it's worth, in general, I'm absolutely loving
Snow Leopard. Not seeking alternatives; just looking for a tweak or
three.
