Well, I'm not sure I'd recommend doing it the way I did. :)  After a lot of 
mucking around in Outlook--I'm using Outlook 2007--I found a way to export as 
VCard.  It's kind of hidden, and I'm not sure I could recreate it.  But like I 
said, I got all this XML **** in my address book.

I would try just exporting them as txt with Comma separators, and see if you 
can import them that way.
