I've been trying for about 3 days now to download mavericks, only for it to not complete, have called and even after contacting someone from Apple, who did a screenshot with me over the phone, it seemed to be downloading, but it's not coming up on the launchpad yet, so I can't tell whether or not it's doing anything. Has anyone had this issue?
