Another way to switch what OS you're booting into is through the startup disk options. If you're currently on the mac, go to system preferences, then startup disk. You will need to unlock the settings, then you can choose if you want to boot into OS X or windows and also have a restart button. On windows, you can do the same thing if you find the bootcamp icon in your system tray. Open the context menu on it, and either choose "restart in OS X", or "bootcamp control panel" if you just want to change the startup disk without restarting.
