Hi Don, I don't have the answer, but I am facing the same problem. I have a windows XP machine which needs to go away in the very near future. I have several bookmarks saved in Internet Explorer. I think those go into a favorites folder, which means I am going to need to transfer those to my Mac bookmarks. So if you get off-line her off list email explaining this please send it on to me.
