Correct, though I'm surprised you can do much of anything in text with Quicknav enabled. I tend to have it off 95% of the time, and only use it to get around webpages or large windows like iTunes. Oh, I don't know if anyone mentioned these, but cmd-semicolon will move you to the next misspelled word, and cmd-shift-semicolon will check the document in a separate dialog.
