Not far, and as soon as I take it outside and close the door, the signal gets choppy then eventually cuts out, I have an auvio speaker that does the same thing when I have the computer in my room then take it in Hannah's room to play with her and close the door, and don't know if it's because there are walls inbetween the rooms, or what the case is, but that can be annoying as well, but I don't want to crank the sound up so it can be heard all over the house sense that A, distorts it, and B, can be an inconvenience to other people here who may not want to hear it at the time.
