Hello Isaac, To set a hotspot, go to the place you want to put the hotspot and press VO-Shift-plus a number from 0 to 9. To jump to the hotspot, press VO-number. To consult the hotspot, press VO-Cmd-number.
So, in Pages, if you set a hotspot with the number 1, you can press VO-Cmd-1 anywhere within your text and hear the name of the paragraph style currently active. You can also jump straight to the Paragraph styles button by pressing VO-1 in this case.
