Hi Alex, Once you press command-s (the shortcut to export) you are presented with a choice of file types in a dialog. DOCS is one of these, as is RTF and many more. Once you VO-space on your desired format, just press return to go to the save dialog. As someone said previously, the default format selection is whatever you last used. Best, Nic
