Hi Christine, I too am a slacker radio subscriber. Their direct phone number is 858-943-5000 You may get a recording, yet if you play with the menus, you will find a human who will talk to you. If you explain to them you are visually impaired and cannot reliably access their site, they will talk you through the issue.
