Hi, Some people have tried other mail clients with varying levels of success. As a matter of interest though, I don't find the Apple Mail client very problematic with Gmail at all anymore. I agree that it was hugely problematic to begin with, but many of those errors have been improved upon. The biggest thing is the way that Mail deals with the AllMail aspect of Gmail and GMail's pseudo iMap configuration. If you start the Mail client, leave it be for a day or so depending on the size of your AllMail, it will iron out most of the issues and it will be not a heck of a lot different than any other iMap integration. My work eMail uses Gmail as part of the Google Apps for Education suite, thus, I use it daily with no issues to speak of.
