Gerard Doody [email protected] Hi all, I am trying to help a friend who is learning the mac with accessing her app store to check for updates. She has os10.9.3 installed, but her email crashed and I think if I update her os10.9.3 again it might be fixed. I even tried to get into it from the app store on safari and the doc as well as the app store application itself. I have checked the fire wall settings turing it on and off and it still is frozen when it comes up. none of the buttons work. Anyhelp would be appreciated. oh by the way she has a macbook pro I think from 2009. I have no issues here on my macbook pro. thanks in adance.
