I've consistently had this problem under Mavericks on my MacBook Air, if
that reassures you any. Going into key help I can press it repeatedly fine,
but some buttons don't take it the first press.

Subject: Re: space bar on a macbook pro using voice over

That was a random issue in Mountain Lion, I believe. I haven't noticed it at
all in Mavericks, but then I rarely use vo-space. Most times, with buttons
in dialogs or web forms, you can press space by itself. Links, default
buttons, and menu items can be activated with enter.

Hi all. I just got a new MacBook pro a couple of months ago. it seems that
sometimes when I am doing VO plus space bar it doesn't always register my
press. Sometimes I have to do it a couple of times before it registers. I am
wondering if anyone else has this problem or not. I am trying to figure out
if my space bar has a problem and I need to take my MacBook to the apple
store while it is still under warranty. Any feedback would be great. Thanks.
