It depends on what the producers will let iTunes have access too.  The separate 
audio track is usually another language, but, could just as easily be DVS.  
There can be as many or as few extra audio tracks as the producer will allow.  
Just like on the DVD.  The audio commentary, the DVS track, and other audio 
language tracks are each a completely separate set of files instead of just one 
track.
