Searching on DVS in the US store only gives 5 results, all Pixar movies.
Sounds like an Apple experiment to me.

description is not separated out. Therefore, you either purchase a
DVS copy or a standard copy of the title. The problem here is that
the movie will always play with the audio description, which for me
is no big deal, but for the sighted people I watch movies with, it
