While I certainly agree that Swift is the future, just remember that you can't 
do much with it until Yosemite is released with Xcode 6. To my knowledge, and I 
hope I'm wrong, there is no way to do anything with Swift right now unless you 
are also testing the Xcode 6 beta, which itself requires a developer account. 
I'd also suggest learning Objective-c if you can, as there will still be a 
majority of tutorials, samples, and other'documentation writen for that 
language for years to come.
