Ok, I've manipulated the dj program a bit more, and checked their keyboard shorcuts, and i'm happy to say that it's totally accessible, and the key bindings are very intuitive, reminiscent of a real mixing table.
I haven't be able to try scratching without sighted assistance, but if one can maybe bind a hotspot to one of the two available turntables, it's a show.
