I understand that FLV is the preferred format for many online video sites such as YouTube, and that most of these sites convert uploaded videos into FLV format. I want to do the conversion myself and upload the FLV video to avoid crappy conversion results. Is there a good app that will let me convert iMovie videos .M4V format into FLV? Preferrably free of course.
