I once bought an album from there and once a single song, both times using safari on my Mac. I don't remember having a particular problem with it so I can't really tell you anything special I did. The app was accessible for playing my songs though you can also download the song to your computer from the website once you purchase and purchasing as I recall does not require an acount but using the app does; then you can see your collections on the website and in the app. . At first there was an issue with the "back" button not being seen in voiceover on my i-devices so I would be stuck in an album and not be able to go back and see the single song I had bought that was not in the album. I emailed them about the problem. they did reply. and I don't where whether this happened as a result or not, but shortly after the app was updated and the back button became accessible. If I get time I will go back and pretend I am going to purchase something to see if there are any special instructions you should have.
