Hello,

I don't remember the exact size but it is extremely light and minimal. If you 
don't ask it to run at the logon screen or after you log in, then I don't think 
it installs anything other than a folder in the Program Files directory as well 
as a folder for user settings in each user account that runs NVDA. If you don't 
run it, it shouldn't take up any system resources other than a negligible 
amount of space. Now, this being said, even if you lose your JAWS activation, 
JAWS will run in 40-minute demo mode. Still, I agree with Alex that having 
multiple screen readers, for troubleshooting purposes, is best.
