Hi, Well, you can use the standard DVD player integrated into the Mac operating system. Simply put the DVD in the drive, select your region for your DVD drive, and it should begin playing. You can arrow up and down between different menu choices, and hit enter to access it. You can move between chapters by utilizing left or right arrow to go back or forward one chapter, respectively.
I am sure there are probably better DVD players out there, but I can't think of any right now. I've always just stuck with the default one. I do wish there was a way to provide VoiceOver feedback for navigating the menus on DVDs, but probably not.
