Sorry, I meant remapping a key on your mac to simulate the insert key in your VM. Does this make more sense?

I don't know if you're new to this but this and other lists talked about
remapping the caps lock or insert key so you can use it exclusively in a VM.
Caps lock itself can't be remapped anyway as it's hard wired into the operating
system OS X that is. So you need to remap the insert key. If you would like
instructions please let us know. Thanks!

How do you successfully run and VDA and or jaws using VMware fusion? My caps
lock key doesn't work. Whenever I use it, and VDA said caps lock on, caps lock
off. Is there a way to make the caps lock key unusable, or maybe you have to
press it twice to be able to turn it on or off or something? everything looks
fine under Boot Camp of course, but I can't install windows and independently
there. I'm using a Mac book Pro 2012
