Thank you for that information, Donna. I am not going to upgrade to I OS 8 
anytime soon, at least not until there is an update that fixes some of the 
bugs. But it is good to know that when Yosemite comes, I will be able to try 
iBooks on the Mac without adversely affecting other devices.
