Hi there Have you tried going to the Extra menu with vo m twice and then pressing vo right and left arrow keys to get to the drop box option there? I did that yesterday, and much to my surprise, I got the status of Drop Box activities being done. I pressed vo space on the Drop Box choice there, and heard the status. I don't know if command option l would work there as well; I didn't try that one.
