Ok, glad to know I'm not alone, I wonder if that's the case with the newer 
models.  I'm about to upgrade soon, which I'm looking forward to, so I can have 
a phone that will run more smoothly.  I unfortunately didn't realize IOS8 would 
make my 4s so sluggish, or I probably would've held off.
