I'll check again, but last time I checked, payment history wasn't an option, just account balances, transferring, and paying bills. Yesterday, it would not accept a payment amount in the edit field for that item. It continued to ask for it, and did nothing when I hit submit, despite all other fields being chosen. Someone sighted had to input the payment amount with VO off.
